“So far, ASEAN’s trade in China is concentrated in the coastal regions such as Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai and other cities.”

He said, both governments are now working hard for new attempts to be initiated in Nanning, Guangxi province in line with this new trend; however ASEAN still has to widen and expand into other regions of China.

This conference is expected to create more awareness about ASEAN in Shandong province and enabling Shandong province to become the development platform and network for ASEAN trade in the future.
